Intellectual Property is pleased to announce it has entered into a Joint Venture to develop a $270m luxury high end mixed use project consisting of 315 apartments and a commercial retail shopping centre.
The project is located within the new revitalised Belconnen Markets precinct. The new JV venture is called CUSTOM Apartments. The site was acquired in the previous market cycle for $20.1m inclusive of LVC.
