The $350m mixed-use project will become a world class precinct that will consist of:
- 20,000 sqm NLA PCA A-Grade Office Tower
- 150 room hotel
- Entertainment Theatre
- Food and Beverage
- Health & wellbeing quarter
- Child care center
- Retail and commercial uses
